Ca'Brun Roero Arneis DOCG

Grapes:
100% Arneis

Roero

The soils of Roero are characterized by a high percentage of sand, with some rock, which gives the wines much of their mid-weight, perfumed personalities, especially when compared to the wines of Langhe

Cultivation system:
Guyot

Harvest:
Manual harvesting late September

Vinification:
Vinification with skin contact for 36 hours at low temperature (5 ° C) followed by a classic white wine vinification with a fermentation period of another 10 days in steel tanks at low temperature (15 °C). The wine is further stored approx. 4 months before draining

Annual production:
Approximately 1000 bottles

Color:
Light yellow with greenish touches

Bouquet:
Very aromatic and extremely fruity in a charming way that only Italian white wine can be. Delicate intense fresh fruit with a touch of peach and apricot

Taste:
Slightly sour fresh white fruits with good fatness and a long aftertaste

Serving temperature:
8-10°C

Food pairings:
Drink the wine with fish and pasta, or antipasti. It also manages a bold risotto with bravura. Is also perfectly popular as an aperitivo in Piedmont.
